Strategy and set-up

  • Adapting your Value Proposition and Sales Strategy to the Market
  • Structuring your Sales Organization: Sales, Marketing and Distribution Partners.
  • Setting-up and improving your Sales Processes, Sales Templates and Pipeline Management Tool

Operational management

  • Prepare, participate and debrief on Client or Distributor meetings
  • Participate in Weekly Sales Pipeline Reviews, strategic and operational meetings
  • Sales Contract Preparation and Negotiation

How is the support provided ?

Our Sales Angels have over 15 to 20 years of Sales and Sales Management experience in corporate, small and medium and startup companies.

Our selection process will allow you to choose your favorite Sales Angel among the most relevant candidates.

Your Sales Angel will spend up to four or five days a month helping you and your team build a successful sales organization.

Together with you he will analyse your existing sales structure and critical assumptions.

Through market and client validation you will improve your offering and adapt your go-to-market approach. Using a combination of experience and collaborative tools, you will design a sales structure and processes to support your approach.

In the field, your Sales Angel will guide you through Client meetings, Sales proposals and Negotiations. He will help you set up the operational sales management routines that will allow you to create a reliable and realistic sales forecast.

In the end you will be provided with all the tools necessary to independently develop and manage your sales effort.

Financial support (12 to 18 months)

10 start-ups

Up to 10 start-ups are selected each year to join the program

CHF 60’000

Maximum amount per project CHF 60’000 to be shared 50% between the start-up and the EIP Foundation.

Sales-Angels-on-demand

Our Sales Angels spend on average 10 to 20% of their time with you and your startup.
