Your Sales Angel will spend up to four or five days a month helping you and your team build a successful sales organization.
Together with you he will analyse your existing sales structure and critical assumptions.
Through market and client validation you will improve your offering and adapt your go-to-market approach. Using a combination of experience and collaborative tools, you will design a sales structure and processes to support your approach.
In the field, your Sales Angel will guide you through Client meetings, Sales proposals and Negotiations. He will help you set up the operational sales management routines that will allow you to create a reliable and realistic sales forecast.
In the end you will be provided with all the tools necessary to independently develop and manage your sales effort.
