Our goal is to provide a 360° service, encompassing all of their business needs. We manage everything: coaching, events, business support, user experience, sustainability, real estate, infrastructure, administration, human resources and finance. Leveraging the potential of business to drive Sustainability as a strategic enabler for major societal impact. Hosting outstanding companies with a team of experts in real estate and user experience.

Operation and startup manager
Manages and grows the Trust Village Incubator and the Tech4Trust Acceleration program. Coordinates and organizes events, project scouting, partnership and project demos. Promotes national and international visibility of the Incubator.

Architect / Project manager
Project management for the buildings hosting corporates, for external infrastructures and for the Campus Biotech Innovation Park building (Geneva).

In charge of new building construction, new spaces layout for companies, installation of technical equipment and maintenance of all infrastructures and equipment.

Manages and grows Trust Valley ecosystem and acceleration programs (i.e. Tech4Trust, Trust4SMEs). Plans, designs and implements marketing and communication activities for Trust Valley and associated initiatives.

Real estate & digital experience manager
Managing rental leases for large companies hosted in the EPFL Innovation Park and the Campus Biotech Innovation Park. Improving user interactions with the various digital touchpoints such as the website, mobile application and equipment.

Responsible for the maintenance team. In charge of repair, technical installation and maintenance of all equipment.
