Sports
As part of the well-being initiatives supported by the EPFL Innovation Park, all employees of the Park can obtain a reasonably priced access card to the sports club "La Villa des Sports" directly from their front desk (021.692.21.50). If you are looking for motivation, people to play sports with, best practices, join the different groups of our application : tennis, meditation, running, football, basketball.
Outdoor activities
The EPFL Innovation Park’s location offers quick and easy access to lakeside running and cycling areas. You can also choose to exercise in the Park and use the ping pong table or the new street workout, in front of building F. There’s something for everyone!
Outdoor amenities
The working environment is further enhanced by the outdoor amenities on offer such as a comfortable and spacious terrace with parasols, at the Puur restaurant. You can also enjoy picnic tables and tree-shaded areas. Save the date also for the summer EPFL Innovation Park BBQ!
Campus food revolution
EPFL has made a strong commitment towards sustainable catering by shortening the supply chain, decreasing the food carbon footprint and reducing food waste. At least half of the fruit and vegetables on sale in the catering points of the campus are seasonal and produced in Switzerland and all the meat is sourced in Switzerland. The Puur Restaurant at EPFL Innovation Park also follows such guidelines and has expanded its healthy and vegetarian food offers. Furthermore, a “VAUD +” vending machine is located in building D with a permanent local and seasonal offer.
